Salad with shrimp tails

INGREDIENTS

- 200 g shrimp tails
- 150 g mixed salads
- 150 g bean sprouts
- ¼ fresh pineapple
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber

SEASONING

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 pinches salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- A few drops of sesame oil

 

PREPARATION

Shell the shrimp, make an incision in the back, wash and blanch in water, then leave to cool.

Cut ¼ pineapple into small pieces, quarter tomatoes and halve ½ cucumber, then slice thinly. Pour the seasonings into a salad bowl. Mix well. Add all ingredients. Stir and arrange on plates.
