INGREDIENTS

- 500g pork tenderloin
- 300g mung bean sprouts
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION

Cut the pork tenderloin into strips and marinate in a bowl with the soy sauce and a little olive oil, garlic cloves and chopped onions. Leave to marinate in a cool place for about an hour. Then cut the zucchini and bell pepper into pieces.

 

COOKING

Once the meat has been marinated, brown it over a high heat. Add the marinade in the container and lower the heat. Pan-fry the vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil and add the mung bean sprouts at the end of cooking. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Once hot, enjoy.
