Established in 1991 by the LY’s family, Heng Sieng is a family business based in the Grand Est region of France.
At that time its single germination chamber produced 1 tonne of fresh mung bean sprouts a
day. Since then it has experienced major growth and today production is on an industrial scale about of
30 tonnes a day.
